Frequently Asked Questions

1.      How does QuePics work?

Share photos to your Que and we automatically ship all the photos in your Que to you on the last day of each month.  All you have to do is share and we take care of the rest!  All the photos you share to your Que will default to be shipped to you in a 4x6 print or a 4x4 square print, if the photo shared is a square.  You may edit the size and/or quantity of individual prints in your cart if you wish.  We have created the app to be as simple and easy to use as possible, so all you have to do is share a photo to the app and we take care of the rest!

 2.      How do I share pictures to my Que?

You can share photos to your Que four ways.  First, you can share photos directly from your iPhone camera roll by clicking on the share icon and selecting the QuePics app on the bottom of your screen.  If you don’t see the QuePics icon on the bottom of your screen, hit the “More” icon and find the QuePics app and turn it to "On". Hit "Done" to return to the share screen and share the photo to QuePics. Once you select a picture and share it to QuePics, the picture(s) will automatically be added to your Que.

You can also add pictures to your Que from within the app by selecting the Que camera icon on the bottom left of your screen.  This will give you the option of taking a picture from the camera, selecting photos from your iPhone camera roll, or selecting photos you have shared to your Facebook account.  Select the method you desire and share photos to your Que.

 

3.      How often will my pictures in my Que be printed?

All of the photos in your Que will be sent to print at midnight on the first day of each month.  You can edit or delete photos in your Que before they are sent to print.  This happens automatically, so all you need to do is share photos to your Que each month and they will be shipped directly to you!

4.      Do I need to activate my account to receive my prints?

Yes.  You won’t be charged anything until you activate your account.  Feel free to check out the app before you activate your account.  You can activate your account by selecting "Activate Account" on the top of the main screen.  Once your account is activated, you will start receiving your monthly Ques in the mail.  You won’t be charged anything for the app or receive any prints until your account is activated.  

5.      How much does it cost?

We deliver you high quality prints at a low price!  Every photo shared to your Que will automatically default to either a 4x6 or a 4x4, if the original image shared to the app is a square image.  The app automatically recognizes square images and will default to a 4x4. You can change the size of an individual print in your cart.  The cost for each print is:

4x6-  $0.15

4x4-  $0.20

5x7-  $0.99

8x10-  $2.99 

You will also be charged a flat shipping of $1.99 per month for unlimited prints.  Shipping will only be applied if you have photos in your Que sent to print.  You are only charged for the photos in your Que at the end of each month!

 

6.      Do I get charged if I don’t share any photos to my Que in a month?

No.   There are no hidden fees, subscriptions or minimum charge each month.  If you don’t have any pictures in your Que in a month, you will be charged nothing.  You can keep your account active always and only be charged for the prints in your Que at the end of each month.  So, if your account is active, but you don't share any photos in a given month, you won't be changed anything.  You only pay for what you buy and nothing more!

7.      Can I change the size or quantity of individual prints?    

Yes.  You can modify size and/or quantity by going to your cart and modifying the selections for each photo.

8.      Can I edit photos from within the app?

Yes. You can select an individual print from within your Que to edit. You can apply filters, text, stickers, crop, and rotate individual prints.  The original photo and your edited photo will be saved to your Que.

9.      Can I select a default finish for my printed photos?

Yes. Go to ‘Settings’ from within your app menu and select either ‘M’ for Matte finish or ‘G’ for Glossy.  Once you have set a default finish, all of the photos shared to your Que will be printing in this finish, unless you manually alter the finish selection from within your cart.

10.  Where will my photos be shipped to each month?

Your photos will be shipped to the address provided on your account.  You will need to keep your personal information current if any changes do occur.  

11.  Will my monthly Que be saved?

Yes. Each month the photos in your Que are saved.  You can access your past month’s Ques by selecting "Que History" from the Menu in the app.
